The NBK Recruitment Rules

The unwritten motto of NBK is “friends first, game second.” With this in mind, the recruitment process for NBK is a very long and difficult road. For those who endure, the experience of joining the ranks of NBK is worth the effort.

While ability to play the game is important, it is not the ultimate reason that you will be accepted into the clan. An ability to get along with other members and a good attitude will go a long way.

Any person who wishes to join NBK must be spoken for by a member of the clan. A member must vouch for the potential, and will bring their name before the clan. The clan will then vote to accept or not accept the new member. If there is a vote yes, the new member is moved to the level of “Recruit.” As a recruit you will be expected to participate in clan wars, skyping (if possible), and forums. This will give the members a chance to get to know you in many different aspects outside of MOH2.

You may choose to remain a recruit of NBK and place your loyalties only as far as the game is concerned. However, with time, you may be invited to become a full fledged member of NBK. This is when you will be moved to the rank of Soldier.

A Soldier has access to hidden forums and is considered to be a trusted member of NBK.

Here a few points to remember:

1. Friends first, game second.
2. An NBK Soldier must initiate the vote for you to become a Recruit.
3. An NBK Soldier must initiate the vote for you to become a Solider.
4. Your game rank or ability to play is not the ultimate reason that you will be voted in to NBK.
5. You may visit the chatbox to get to know NBK members. This will help you get started in the initiation process.
6. You may be in NBK and not seek the rank of Soldier.

* If you have a problem or issue with another member of NBK, you are expected to bring that issue to them. You are expected to keep it private and handle it in a mature way and not post your issues for the world to see. If you are unable to resolve the issue, one on one, then you will be asked to bring it to the clan and get their input.

* Each NBK memeber shoud strive to put others before self. If there is something that you can give up for the good of the clan or for other members then please do so. This will advert a lot of problems that arise from a selfish agenda.
